Social Planning: Masquerade Ball

We had attempted a Ball back in the House's earlier days, but it did not happen. I would like to bring it back up as an Event and throw one very soon.

The location needs to be decided in addition to date and time. I am thinking of the River Boat in Vibora. I also would like to suggest that the Dress Code would be either formal attire or wearing next to nothing (e.g. lingerie, etc.) beneath a cape, and, of course, masques.

I am also positing some ideas for protocol, etiquette, and fun ideas to help the flow of the Ball.

What do you all think? Please ask questions or present ideas.

It should be interesting... I think we could make the ball in two steps... formal outfits first. And wearing next to nothing after. Otherwise i would be strange to see well dressed people mixed with mostly naked or in lingerie.

Oh, no. Formal dress mixing with nearly naked/lingerie in capes. That is the intent. If you have not seen the Ball/Orgy from Eyes Wide Shut, that is partially the inspiration.

I know it will be difficult to pick a day that works for everyone. I was thinking of it being in the River Boat. We could pick a friday, saturday, or sunday, and I could just park Lilith there most of the day.

Let's get some thoughts, please, on what day of the week/weekend would be best.

Any days but Friday/Saturday work for me, generally.

Sunday sounds fine to me. My busy days are usually Mondays, but can sometimes creep off onto Sundays also. I wouldn't be worried about it~

I'll still be on sick leave both days, so... unless my body keeps crapping out around 10-11 local time (GMT+1) I'll be there.

And I also plan on it being at the River Boat. I suppose we can say the House is renting it out.
