Eep! Quite a lot! Starting out with Champions RPG, D&D 3rd Ed, Cyberpunk 2010, Shadowrun, SLA Industries, Star Trek TNG RPG.
Online games include; Age Of Conan, AION, World Of Warcraft, Warhammer Online, and Champions Online of course! I've even managed to RP in a couple of FPS games!
I've been roleplaying since I was 14, and I've loved the immersion and interaction with other characters.

Where did you hear about House of Thorns?:

I first heard about H.O.T. through The Nightingale (Bianca) as she began to understand Reagan's feeding dilemma and believed they might be able to help her with feeding and helping her understand her new 'life'.

What appeals to you the most about the Guild?:

I think the main appeal is that the guild is that there are a lot of other mature and experience roleplayers in the group, I've been looking at various other SGs but I think this holds more potential for me as a player and my characters, as I tend to prefer more adult themes; The occult, Film noire and romantic horror.

In what way do you see yourself contribute to the Group?

I'd like to think I can offer up my knowledge and experience to help less confident players to develop their characters and backgrounds, I could also help with planning Rp events and scenarios, either playing my character or acting as a narrator or guide. I'm quite verbose and eloquent and I can improvise on the the spot if it's needed.
I just wish I could type faster!


What's your characters traits; Their flaws, their strengths?

To understand Midnight's traits, it's probably best to understand a little of her background;

She was born into a staunch Catholic upbringing by Nuns, her father working long hours as a policeman in old detroit left him little time as a father figure, and her moother died giving birth to her. She repressed her sexual inclinations for some time, only she and her priest at confessional knew of her lesbian tendencies.
Though she did have a short relationship with a co-worker when she joined the MCPD, when she died, she thought it best to leave the relationship at that point, she knew that her lover could not handle both losing her and then her returning from the dead.

Midnight is classed as a Revenant, which is a bit of a generalisation, She is her own spirit made manifest through Psychoreactive ectoplasm, and as such, her form is moulded by her own residual self-image, however, this is a double edged sword as she now has to feed on emotions to keep herself manifested. Negative emotions such as hate anger and jealousy can sustain her but, in her own words "It leaves a funny taste..." by preference she is drawn to love, lust and desire, but unlike a succubus, she doesn't drain life force when she feeds, It's more akin to a plant soaking up sunlight, a form of "emoto-synthesis". One side of this feeding is that her form will subconciously adjust to her immediate environment and mood, When she is calm or concentrating on her work, she appears relavtively normal, if she is in a state of hunger or arousal, her form will shift to a rather obvious state! she does try to control herself but if she's exposed to Eldritch's Aura, she rarely has control over her formshift and can barely restrain herself, this has been noticed by El and she often teases her! When she is about to enter combat, her form will often shift to an intimidating demonic form, although she is trying to control this more. Another trait that has recently appeared is her innate ability to reflect and project the emotion she is absorbing back to the person she is feeding from, and the immediate area around her, something that Eldritch has also experienced first hand!

What position do you see your Character in the House of Thorns?

An Interesting question! I'm not sure what, if any, heirarchy there is within the house, but Reagan does have a keen knowledge of the legal system and a few contacts in both the medical and justice system and the criminal underworld, informants and so on. Perhaps there is a niche within the house that might require her services, or her abilities.

Currently all kinds of different times, though I try to play what is late evening for me, being in the UK

What day would be best to play your House of Thorns Character?:

Uhm... see above really, but if I'm needed for something specific, I'm usually available at short notice

Cake or Pie?:

Hmm... for me I'd say pie, but Reagan's answer would be "Depends on who's jumping out of it!"
