Where did you hear about House of Thorns?:
Radio ad for Fetish Fuel on the local FM talk station. Visited the club. You hang there a bit, you learn stuff, ya know?
What appeals to you the most about the Guild?:
My new familia fell apart. Need a new crib and familia to bunk with. My counselor says it would be good for me to find a group of peeps who have... similar interests. I also need a place to relax when I'm not busting up Cobra Lords ...and the other gangs in Westside.
In what way do you see yourself contribute to the Group?
I'm definitely officer material. Look at me, I was practically running my gang when I was 16. No body messed with us Chicas. It wasn't till after I went legit that they got stomped by the Cobra Lords.
What's your characters traits; Their flaws, their strengths?
Chelsey Watkins has always been tough. Growing up poor in the wrong part of the city she learned to take care of herself. Jumped in by the local gang at eleven years of age her powers manifested during her initiation. She quickly rose in the ranks, becoming a trusted lieutenant in her mid-teens. She seemed to have been on the path to full-fledged super villain if it wasn't for a brave (and well insulated) youth counselor. Since she's reformed, she still looks for places to belong. For awhile it was with the Blue Family, doing what she loves, giving back to the community by hitting things. She also has spent time as a youth counselor herself, volunteering to talk with troubled youths about life in a gang and how to avoid poor choices in life.
She's a mutant whose body constantly generates a low level electrical field. Her body also regenerates at an inhumanly accelerated rate, possibly to counteract the damage the electricity would do to her system otherwise. She can amplify and gather the electricity into bolts at will, but the energy dissipates rapidly when projected through the open air. Instead, she fights with lengths of heavy chain, using the conductive metal to directly apply her full power blasts to her enemies at range... and getting hit with a heavy chain kind of hurts on its own, truth to tell.
Her style is between punk and biker, an outdated street gang look in leathers and chain. It and her occasional use of Hispanic words and phrases all come from her time with Los Chicas del Dragón, an all girl cycle gang that used to own the turf North of the Westside prison before Millennium City's motorcycle ban stranded the Cobra Lords in town. Without the Chica's mobility, the Cobra Lord's superior strength and numbers wore down the Chica's until they were forced to disband. Some followed Chelsey into going straight; most of the others fell in with other gangs or worse. This all happened after Chelsey left the gang and she blames herself for how it turned out still.
What position do you see your Character in the House of Thorns?
A frontline soldier on the fight against crime, and an experienced hand at community and youth outreach.

What times do you play?:
Obsessively
What day would be best to play your House of Thorns Character?:
Preferably whenever I'm on a character it would be a HoT one so I would be more readily available to the guild members, but alas.. I can't justify moving ALL my alts here.
Cake or Pie?:
Crème Brûlée
Thanks for taking time to fill this in!
